Terms of Service

These are plain language terms for using Jobrolo while it is in its pre launch and early access period. They will be replaced by a fuller agreement, reviewed by counsel, before general availability.

What Jobrolo is

Jobrolo is software for running contracting work: jobs, estimates, insurance claim records, documents, photos, and communication. It includes AI assistance that prepares work for human approval. It is not a law firm, an insurance carrier, or a public adjusting firm, and nothing it produces is legal, insurance, or financial advice.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for what you upload and for having the right to upload it. Your company data belongs to you. We do not sell it. You can ask for your data or ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page.

Acceptable use

Use Jobrolo honestly and lawfully. Do not use it to misrepresent damage, waive or absorb insurance deductibles where that is prohibited, harass anyone, break the law, or probe or disrupt the service.

Early access reality

Jobrolo is under active development. Features change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties, while in early access. We work hard to protect your data and keep the service up, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error free operation during this period.

AI output

AI prepared content can be wrong. Jobrolo is designed so a person reviews and approves consequential actions, and that review is part of the deal: you are responsible for what you approve and send.
