Privacy Policy

This is a plain language description of what Jobrolo collects and how it is used during the pre launch and early access period. A fuller policy, reviewed by counsel, will replace it before general availability.

What we collect

Account information you give us (name, email, company). Work data you put into the product (jobs, customers, estimates, claims, documents, photos, messages). Early access signups (email, optional company and trade). Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How it is used

To run Jobrolo for you. Work data is processed to provide the features you use, including AI assistance. AI processing runs through service providers under contract; your data is not used to train public models. Early access emails are used for build updates and an early access invitation, nothing else, and every email includes a way out.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your customer records with other companies on the platform. Each company's workspace is isolated.

The public chat

The chat on our public site answers product questions and has no access to any company's records. Please do not put personal or customer information into it.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time through the contact page. Early access emails can be stopped with one reply.
